Brilliant service,with mega fast delivery. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Genuinely cant rate highly enough. Supercarve bushings were recommended for my (4 stone) daughter's board and are ace. Large bullet helmet only just big enough, but it's a belting lid.

Seriously love this shop and these guys are absolutely awesome peeps!!
They are always mega helpful polite and receptive to your needs.
Always answer questions and give sound advice on which kit or setup you need whilst absolutely not just trying to sell you stuff you don't really need, which seems to have become a major issue with massive skate and extreme sports brands.
Completely refreshing dealing with these guys and their level of knowledge on longboarding and I absolutely can not convey just how cool vandem are.
If I could I'd give Vandem 10/10.

Best customer service ever. I ordered some slide wheels and slide gloves separately on the same day meaning I paid for next day delivery twice. I then got an email from Adam telling me that he’d combined the order and he included a skate tool I needed to reimburse the cost of the shipping. Got them the next day and love everything. Loads of stickers and an awesome little hand written messages on my reciepts!
I’ll definitely be shopping here every time I need anything. 10/10 would reccomend - thank you guys!!

Not only was the product exactly what I wanted but the staff at Vandem longboards are nothing short of exceptional! I accidentally ordered one truck only and Adam held my order and emailed me to make sure I only wanted one as it is an uncommon purchase. After a quick phonecall I realised I needed two and he amended the order for me and threw some awesome stickers in the box. I'll be coming back to buy a new deck soon, would recommend.

No wonder Vandem are so highly regarded, the service is outstanding. There was an issue with the delivery of my order (nothing to do with Vandem, the courier made a mistake) and Adam took it upon himself to find a speedy resolution and ensure I received a set of wheels in the shortest possible time frame. The amount of care and dedication he shows is amazing. Excellent communication too. I rarely write reviews but this has been my best shopping experience. Vandem should be your go-to shop for everything on wheels!

The best customer service I have ever recieved from a skate shop.
The board I bought came with free one day delivery, a free T-shirt and a flyer for upcoming longboard events to get into the sport! Even a little handwritten message on my invoice just to say thanks. These guys are brilliant and I will definitely be shopping at Vandem again.

Visited with my ten year old daughter, who wanted to get a longboard or cruiser in addition to her trick board but wasn't really sure what would be best for her.
Adam was pretty much the closest thing to customer-service perfection that we could have hoped for. We needed lots of advice and he must have spent a good hour with us letting her try boards, answering all of her questions and generally making sure she walked away with the right board. He then helped her to change the bushings herself in shop before we left so she knew what to do in future and how to take everything apart and put it back together properly. There was no hard sell at all, and the whole experience was nothing short of a pleasure.
My daughter is very happy on her new drop-through longboard and is satisfied that she made the right choice, although she has a different board to what she thought she would need - great to have good advice and end up with the right board for her needs.

A very personal customer service and high quality product.
I turned up unannounced at the shop, and Adam opened up specifically for me, built a board up for me to test, and helped guide me on what I could expect from their various models.
After a weekend of almost solid riding I am really feeling the benefits of the board I went for and delighted with my choice.
Great to see a small company flourishing through good service and a high quality product.

While searching for a longboard for my daughter I read a review about how helpful Vandem had been to a father in a similar situation. We spoke with Rich who very quickly worked out the best board for her and no pressure to buy. We did buy from Rich, the following day the longboard arrived and she is very happy with it. I was so impressed by Rich's helpfulness I've even bothered to write this review and pass on my great experience with Vandem.

Adam is the definition of perfect customer service. I was dithering about what board to get until we had a conversation. He was quickly on my wavelength & showed zen-master patience. Solid advice given in terms I could quickly grasp. A bit of luck let me also buy the other board that caused my dithering. Adam was so accommodating sorting the extra order and getting both boards to my hotel before I headed into France for a couple of weeks - with two brilliant boards in my bag!! The Lush boards he sells are solid quality and UK made (always support your local shaper). The Samba & Legend I bought are such different characters but coming from the same stable, are beautifully engineered & finished. In simple terms, you can't go wrong dealing with Van Dem. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

The team at Vandem were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me to choose the right board for my 10 year old, who wanted a board that would be most in line with snowboarding. The board is great. My son loves it and says his birthday was the best birthday ever!

I’ve already left a few reviews on vandem’s site, but I thought it was time for another. So I just watched Brightpearl’s video where Rich was interviewed (if you’re reading this review, I strongly recommend you watch it), and it put into perspective what vandem does for the UK long boarding community. When you buy from vandem, you aren’t just buying a product, you are investing money into a community of people that all love to skate. Not only that, their delivery and customer service is spot on. They got me into skating, and now it’s my passion. Thank you Vandem!

Excellent advice from Adam, as I have quite an unusual stance on the board (wide footing/big feet) we talked through various options and took measurements on my current board before deciding on a setup I was happy with. Delivered the next day this board gave me the confidence to dial in the setup quickly and head straight downhill.
Very pleased with the board and I'll be shopping with Vandem again in the future.

Brilliant griptape and event better service. I Accidentally ordered two of the same item, and a refund was processed without any hassle. The grip tape is the best I’ve ever used, and I will be re-ordering from Vandem when I wear it out. Highly recommend these guys. Enjoyed the doodle on the invoice too!

A great shopping experience. Adam spent all the time I needed on the phone discussing what my skating plans were and what board(s) would suit. My board arrived a couple of days later, well packaged and fully set up for me to get out and ride.

As a complete novice to the longboard game, I really didn't have a clue on what to buy. This wasn't a problem for Adam, he quickly identified my needs and what I'd mainly be using it for, as well as offering multiple choices of longboards to meet every budget.
The service was excellent, but it was the personal touches which make this place stand out, it was a level of service akin to what I would expect for when I purchase items at much higher price points. The handwritten note was a nice touch too!
To summarise, if you have any longboarding needs, then there isn't really anywhere else you should bother looking. They are knowledgeable, smart individuals who run this business in an exemplary professional manner. A lot of businesses should take note.
